Easy Peasy No-Eggnog
This vegan eggnog doesn’t have any eggs in it at all. It’s dreamy, creamy and thickened with Oatly Whippable Cream. So whatever your reasons for trying ‘nog without the egg, this drink’s got your back.

Easy Peasy No-Eggnog
Serves 4-6
Total time 15 mins
600ml Almond milk
1 tin Coconut milk
1 tsp Ground nutmeg (plus extra for garnish)
1 tsp Ground cinnamon (plus extra for garnish)
2 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Method
Step 1: Put all the ingredients in a blender except the whippable cream. Blitz on high until well combined and slightly thickened. (Serving it warm? Add the mix to a large saucepan on a low heat, heat slowly whilst stirring the mixture. Do not boil.)
Step 2: Add your Oatly whippable cream to a medium bowl, using a whisk beat the cream until soft peaks form alternatively use an electric whisk or mixer.
Step 3: Pour your eggnog into ice-filled glasses, top with a spoonful of the cream and sprinkle generously with nutmeg and cinnamon to serve.
Tip: Add your favourite Christmas tipple to the egg nog if you like. Brandy works great, but so would bourbon or spiced rum.
