Paloma’s Baja-Style Fish Tacos With Coriander Mayo
To dine on these tasty tacos with Paloma Faith, you’ll coat tender fish fillets in spices and crisp them up in a pan. Once golden, layer them in warm tortillas with sweet roasted pepper and a tangy coriander mayo. Delicious!
If you can’t get hold of the spices, try using a Mexican spice blend or fajita seasoning instead.

You could make these fish tacos vegan by switching the fish to tofu.

Make this dish Gluten-Free by switching flour tortillas for corn tortillas and soy sauce for tamari soy sauce.
- Soya
Simply take out the soy sauce to make this dish soya-free, and season with salt to taste.
- Egg
Make your meal vegan by switching the mayo to vegan mayo.
Nick’s Garlicky Chicken Kiev With Green Beans
Homemade chicken kievs may be easier than you think. You and Nick Grimshaw will coat British chicken breasts in breadcrumbs, pan fry until golden and serve with a dollop of rich garlic and herb butter. Classic comfort at its finest!
If you can’t get hold of green beans, frozen peas are a great swap.
