We’ve borrowed the nostalgic American campfire classic and adapted it to the British palette. Start with perfectly charred marshmallows and add some decadent sweet lemon curd sauce for a summery alternative to chocolate. Finish by smushing it all between homemade shortbread (instead of graham crackers which are basically just inferior digestives anyway). -
