Dragon for Dinner?

Happy St. George’s Day!
What happened after George slayed the dragon?
About 40% of food is wasted, but we’re making a stand. Gousto’s food waste is between 0% and 1%. Every box that our customers order helps to reduce the amount of food wasted in the United Kingdom. A country working towards reducing food waste is a country we can be proud of, and what better day to talk about national pride than St. George’s Day (if you’re English, that is)!
If we’re going to slay a dragon, we’re going to make the most of it.
When life gives you dead dragons, make dragon meatballs.
This recipe is a simple, family-friendly winner. You can convince kids that the chopped pepper mixed into the meatballs are ‘dragon scales’; we’ve used a green pepper for a traditional green dragon, but a red or yellow pepper works just as well. The meatballs themselves are full of flavour and have a hint of spice (but not too much for children), with a rich soy-based sauce which gives them a tasty exotic flavour.
