Think again. The subtle notes of bitter herbs, warming spices and citrus make it the perfect base for a festive drink.
Paired with fiery ginger beer and sweet pomegranate juice, this Christmas Pimm’s Cocktail comes together in minutes. Throw in an aromatic cinnamon stick to bring out all of those delicious festive favours and it’s ready to drink. Merry Pimmsmas.
Christmas Pimm’s Cocktail
Serves 3-4
Total time 5 minutes
150 ml pomegranate juice
500ml ginger beer
200ml Pimm’s
Ice
Cinnamon sticks and pomegranate seeds
Step 1 Pour your pomegranate juice, ginger beer and Pimm’s into a large jug.
Step 2 Add plenty of ice (dealer’s choice).
Step 3 Mix gently.
Step 4 Divide the mixture into glasses.
Step 5 Garnish your cocktails with a few pomegranate seeds and cinnamon sticks.
Step 6 Cheers.
